MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & RENEWAL

An individual membership is $10 per year. A tax receipt will be issued for amounts of $25 and above.

Membership applications can be submitted online by filling in the electronic form below and making a secure payment via Canada Gives with your credit card.

To pay by cheque simply print a copy of the Membership Application and mail to:
